— what it means to show self-compassion
In this session you’ll have the space to put your wellbeing first. With Mindfulness expert Uz Afzal, you will gain insight into how our emotional regulation systems work; an understanding of how we can soothe ourselves, and we’ll dip into some mindfulness practice too.
During this session you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your own direct experience, feedback in small groups and ask questions.
What will I gain?
— Insight into our emotional regulation systems
— An opportunity to focus on your wellbeing and take away a micro mindfulness practice
— Space to think about what has been challenging for you this year and how you can support yourself
This session won’t be recorded for the Access All Areas Pass.
