Digital marketing strategies often involve planning for the future, but this can be challenging when our circumstances are changing on a monthly, weekly and sometimes even daily basis due to current events.

This session aims to help you adapt your digital marketing to make room for change. We will look at the ways you can use your website to allow for greater flexibility, how social media can be used to engage audiences — even without having an experience to promote or sell — and include practical examples of how we and our clients have done this, with the aim of providing inspiration and ideas.

Hans launched his digital career more than 20 years ago and today runs an innovative digital design agency. After setting up the digital team at Sadler’s Wells, he went on to start HdK in 2004 to deliver engaging and creative communications for arts clients. Phoebe is HdK’s Digital Marketing Manager with five years’ digital experience, having worked in food and drink PR before moving over to the arts. She plans and oversees digital campaign strategies – encompassing social media, advertising, email marketing and web content – as well as checking in with clients to provide the best possible support. 

Freya Ruane | Digital Marketing Coordinator | HdK Associates

Freya coordinates social media campaigns and assists in implementing and developing digital marketing campaigns for HdK’s clients. She completed a degree in Communications and Media at University of Leeds and has previous marketing experience working in the higher education sector.
