Leading Through Change
In this panel session we’ll be hearing from people who know first-hand what it means to lead a team, a project or an organisation through a period of intense change. They’ll talk about the capabilities and qualities they drew on; what it really meant to influence and get others on board, and what the pitfalls and unexpected benefits have been.
What will I gain?
— Insight into the qualities needed to lead through change
— Understanding of how these qualities can be applied to your own situation
— An opportunity to ask questions of your peers
This session will be recorded and included in the Access All Areas Pass.
