Make Change Meaningful
In this talk, we’ll hear from Sade Banks, Founder and CEO of Sour Lemons, an organisation more interested in dismantling systems of inequality than in diversity schemes, about how we set the right conditions to make meaningful change in our organisations. If this means scrutinising the existing culture, looking at recruitment practices, apprenticeships and internships, the Board, then how do we begin?
What will I gain?
— Understanding of what meaningful change is and what it can achieve
— Insight into where your organisation can improve
— An understanding of how to take action to change your organisation
This session will be recorded and included in the Access All Areas Pass.
