UnFestival is your space to shape the debate

UnFestival relies on you to help build the conversation.

It is shaped by what you bring.

The first part of UnFestival (2-2.45pm) includes a quickfire overview to set the context on each of our UnFestival themes, and then it’s time to share ideas and discuss the topic. This is your opportunity to propose topics for conversation, on those themes:

  • What is the future of arts marketing?
  • How are arts marketers going to influence social change?

Each topic gets its own Zoom Room, and you can choose which you want to join.

Part 2 (3-3.30pm) is for joining the topic rooms that interest us, around the first theme: What is the future of arts marketing? 

Part 3 (3.45-4.15pm) is for joining the topic rooms around the second theme: How are arts marketers going to influence social change?

Don’t worry if you choose a room and it’s not all you thought it would be – you change your mind and join a different room easily.

This topic is given new impetus by the times we’re in and the pressures we’re under.

Join Part 1 of UnFestival to hone in on the aspects you’d like to hear discussed, then follow up in detail in break-out rooms in Part 2.

Find the light in the darkness, ask for new ideas, whatever you’d like to be aired and opined on.

How are arts marketers going to influence social change?

Social change may be something that’s easier to ignore then adopt into our roles. But we are all part of, and operating within society.

If we’re not contributing to change, we’re contributing to the status quo.

The gauntlet has been thrown down. How are arts marketers going to respond?

Join Part 1 of UnFestival to shape and hear what will be discussed, then prepare to get stuck in to what promise to be sparky debates in Part 3.
